Multi-Purpose and completely E free. Gamma GP helps the baker to produce products of a consistent shape and volume time after time. Additionally, Gamma GP works well across all flour qualities and will provide the baker will excellent dough tolerance as well as process tolerance.
 

Gamma GP can be dosed from 0.5 - 2%
