Preparation
Method:
- Add all ingredients (except for the choc chips) and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
- Add choc chips and mix for one further minute on slow speed.
- Roll out to achieve an 8cm diameter roll
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Slice into 2cm cookies (approx 80g)
- Bake at 190°c for 12 minutes (approx)
- Cool on the trays.
Tips:
- Other additions can be used (nuts, fruit etc..)
- Baking times can be varied for chewy or crunchy cookies.
