Preparation
Method:
- Mix all ingredients for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Deposit using ring donut dispenser at 50g
- Fry at 170°c for 2 minutes per side
- Cool and decorate as required.
Tips:
- Cinnamon sugar or chocolate topping compliment these light donuts very well.
- If the batter is too stiff add some more oil as required.
