Preparation
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and using a whisk, blend on first speed for 1 minute
- Mix on top speed for 2 - 3 minutes and finally mix for 1 minute on slow speed
- Scale at 800 grams for an 18" x 30" tray
- Bake at 250°C
- Bake time 5 - 6 minutes
