Preparation
Method:
- Mix ingredients
- Deposit 300 grams of finished batter into a greased tin
- Colour some of the plain batter with chocolate/chocolate colour flavour and place this into a savoy bag fitted with a number 4 round plain piping nozzle
- Pipe 50 grms of chocolate/chocolate coloured batter into the white plain batter and marble using a knife
- Level off
- Bake at 180ºC
- Bake time 30 minutes
