Preparation
Method:
- Put water into a bowl and whisk in egg white for 1 minute on slow speed
- Whisking slowly gradually add Roma Cold Classic, then whisk on 3rd speed for 3-4 minutes
- The Roma Cold Classic mix is now ready for use
- Bake as normal
- Store and display below 5°C
